Well scooter lovers we have some good news for you. And that is, 500 Lime e-scooters are officially going to be gracing the streets of Seattle. So if you’re looking for a new way to get around, this should be it.

Because zipping around the city on a scooter sounds pretty fun to us. And while we’re getting started with 500, it’s looking like we could see up to 1,500. So if you want to hop on one of these scooters you can head to several neighborhoods. Including the Central District, SODO, Capitol Hill, Downtown, South Lake Union, Ballard, Fremont, and the U District.

But just remember you’ll have to return the scooters to one of these areas. So you might want to plan ahead. And if you’re feeling a little shaky on scooter riding, Lime will be offering ‘First Ride’ training class in the coming weeks. So have no fear!

If you’d like to learn more you can click here. And renting one of these bad boys will cost you $1 to unlock and $0.36 per minute to ride. So we have to say it’s one of the more affordable ways to get around our city.
