The Seattle winter forecast is looking worse than just ‘wet’
According to a centuries-old weather predictor, the forecast for the upcoming Seattle winter is going to be wet and stormy. Ugh, you hate to see it.
The Old Farmer’s Almanac, Western Washington is going to be hit with the very scientific-sounding “Wet…or worse!” kind of winter. What does that mean?
Well, the Almanac puts it into plain English by explaining there will be “no fewer than seven big snowstorms from coast to coast.” Great, that’s fricken’ lovely. A wet Seattle winter is bad enough, do we really need a dumping of snow like last year?
Twitter users weren’t too happy about this news, either. One user even went as far as putting Seattle as a ‘must-see city’ in the summer and a ‘must-avoid’ one in the winter. Fair, but ouch.
Top cities that, if you visit them in the summer, you might find yourself saying “I could live here”
And then you visit in the winter. https://t.co/dP12EEydxC

The Almanac continues to knock the wind out of our sails by saying “this snow-verload will include storms pummeling Washington state.” Thanks for kicking us while we’re down, Almanac!
Although the Seattle winter forecast is looking tough, we’ve got at least a month or two of alright weather. So, get out there and take advantage of it!
Also, maybe stock up on some winter reserves right now…you don’t want to be short on supplies when the apparently impending snowpocalypse comes to Seattle.
