It’s no secret that Seattle is a huge tech city. So we’re not surprised that Sonder, a tech-focused hospitality company, is making its move into Seattle. And you can now find their units at the Solis development located in Capitol Hill.

In case you’re unfamiliar with Sonder, they have 11,000 spaces for lease across more than 35 cities. So clearly, they’re doing something right. And while they may sound similar to Airbnb the two companies have their differences. Namely that Sonder leases, licenses and manages every space from it’s booking to checkout.

Not to mention, Sonder has tons of contactless features like a digital concierge, check-ins via smartphone, and no crowded lobbies. And that’s pretty perfect for living and traveling in the age of Corona. So if you’re looking to travel soon you might just need to check out Sonder.

If you’d like to learn more you can click here. And if you want to have a staycation you can book a room at Solis starting at around $175 a night for a 1 bedroom. So we hope you guys take this opportunity to check out this super cool new addition to Seattle.
