Rachel’s Ginger Beer continues to demonstrate why it’s one of the best spots in Seattle, having just announced they will be doing their own Dole Whip. The pineapple soft serve is famously only available at Disneyland, Disney World and the Dole Plantation in Hawaii.

That doesn’t stop savvy business people from taking inspiration from it, though. And boy, does pineapple soft serve paired with white peach ginger beer sound amazing.

As a final bonus, Rachel’s version of Dole Whip is vegan and dairy free, meaning that practically anyone can eat it! At least, we haven’t heard of non-pineapple eaters yet.

So the next time you need a sweet treat to beat the heat, remember that a golden treasure awaits you at Rachel’s Ginger Beer.
