Hitchcock Guest Chef: Street Food Pop-Up Series

This pop-up has a few different events coming up. The first actually starts today and features food from Peruvian Chef Stefano Schiaffino. The next two will take place in April and will feature eats from other chefs around the globe. It’s a great opportunity to eat food you might not otherwise get to taste.

Puffy Jacket Pop Up Dining Series

If you’re ready to dine in again then you don’t want to miss out on this limited-time pop-up. The puffy Jacket Pop-Up is taking place at 12 different restaurants across the PNW and each spot has its own unique pop-up menu. So that means you can actually road trip to check out all that Columbia Hospitality has to offer.

Fresh Mozzarella and Ricotta

If you like cheese, why not learn how to make your own? This in-person class will teach you how to make your very own delicious mozzarella and ricotta. And you don’t have to have any experience plus the ingredients are all provided. We think this is well worth checking out.

Virtual Author Talk: Zoë Bakes Cakes by Zoë François

Eating food is great and all but sometimes it’s even better to hear from notable chefs to inspire you on your next culinary adventure. This talk is by pastry chef and author Zoë François who is known for creating some pretty spectacular cakes. So if you’re into all things baked goods, you definitely won’t want to miss out.

Harmony and Grain

If you love grain bowls then this pop-up was literally made for you. Gather Kitchen & Bar executive chef Ryan Donaldson has created a unique pop-up focusing on grain bowls with locally sourced ingredients. So while it’s super exciting, it’ll only be here until the end of March so don’t miss out!

Taste Washington

Everett Restaurant Month

This is a food event that you can look forward to every single weekend! This Sichuan-inspired restaurant is located inside of a food truck that’s parked in the Cloudburst beer garden. And this one is great as you don’t really have to worry about accidentally missing it!

Wine Tasting with Frichette Winery and Marjorie

This wine tasting is by the only Black-owned winery in Washington and is paired with food by one of Seattle’s best restaurants, Marjorie. Plus this event is being put on by United Way so you’ll get to hear about issues impacting people in the community. You definitely don’t want to miss this!
