Home of the Week: A spectacular lakefront home with floor-to-ceiling windows
Well folks it’s official, we might have just found our coolest Home of the Week. And this week it’s a 1970s open concept home with spectacular lakefront views. Not to mention, it’s tucked away near Leschi making it a truly spectacular location.
Home of the Week: 419 Randolph Ave
This home was built in 1971 and has all the best aspects of this era of design. And that includes lots of PNW appropriate wood and massive floor to ceiling windows for amazing light and views. So trust us, you won’t be experiencing any SAD in this spot.
And at 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 1,900 square feet, this home is pretty much the perfect size. Not to mention you also have access to a pretty amazing balcony for the beautiful Seattle summers. And we could totally see ourselves kicking back with a book and taking in the beautiful views.
But it’s also worth mentioning that this home is located blocks from Lake Washington Blvd and obviously the lake. So if you want to take a dip, all you have to do is grab a towel and pop on some shoes. And that sounds pretty dang ideal to us.
So if you’d like to learn more about this Home of the Week you can click here. And if you’re in the market, this home will cost you $1.5 million. But honestly, for Seattle and with those views, that’s not too shabby. So if you end up purchasing this home please give us a tour.
