Sports, you gotta love em’ (or at least feign interest). Especially when that sport is football and the team is the Seahawks! If you don’t have a solid Sunday tradition going with your friends yet, you might as well hit up some of Seattle’s excellent local sports bars to watch the Seahawks. Especially because this weekend is the biggest game of the year so far!

Here are 6 of our favorite sports bars in Seattle.

Bill’s Off Broadway

Bill’s is a guys being dudes type of establishment. It’s got the classic sports bar vibe down to a T(ouchdown). That being said ,if you’re looking for something super aesthetic, this probably won’t be your #1 choice. Nonetheless, Bill’s has a solid menu ranging from breakfast to dinner and of course, there’s beer!

Quality Athletics

Speaking of looks… This place is a sports-centric bar and if you changed “athletics” to “aesthetics” you’d still be happy! For people looking for an Instagrammable Seahawks gameday pic complete with jersey and food, this is an easy choice. Quality Athletics also cares about what they serve and they have a large, diverse menu complete with plenty of drinks.

The Westy is all about the visuals, and this venue is complete with a whopping 18 TVs. That means you won’t be missing a single moment, unless it’s for a food break. This is also an ideal spot for those of you who reside in West Seattle and don’t want to make the trek across the bridge.

Xtadium Lounge

If you want nightclub vibes tied in with your Seahawks watching experience, Xtadium is the spot for you! Some of this venue’s highlights include a 50ft bar, an LED wall for game day display, and Live LED sports ticker for up to the minute scores and fantasy league. With their service-oriented vibe, we know you’ll be pleased.

Buckley’s Belltown

When it comes to sports bars and TVs it always seems to be the battle of who can have the most. Buckley’s in Belltown has 20 TVs and 24 beers on tap, so you know they’re really gunning for #1. Buckley’s is sure to be the most community-oriented option as they feature all major TV sports packages in a family-friendly establishment. That includes lots of local brews, great happy hour food, drinks, event nights & daily specials!

Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:30AM-2AM and Saturday/Sunday, 9AM-2AM

Flat Stick Pub

flat spot

Ok, this one is a little off topic. Stick with us! This pub features a ton of games, from mini golf to arcade games. It’s probably the most unique and fun pick on our list! Besides games, they have a whole host of beers on tap and tasty tacos. We’re thinking Flat Stick is the ultimate pre-game spot.

Hours: Vary per location
Where: 240 2nd Avenue S and 609 Westlake Avenue N

Hopefully, this list gives you some inspiration to get out of the house for the next game day. You never know where you’ll end up, but hopefully it’s at one of these great game day picks.
