Seattle’s Woodland Park Zoo is having a hiring fair next month to fill seasonal jobs

If you have a passion for furry, feathery, and scaly creatures, the zoo wants you! The Woodland Park Zoo is hosting a job fair in March to recruit new seasonal employees.

On March 19, you can head to the Zoo, to learn about the seasonal job opportunities they have during the spring hiring fair.

At the time, you’ll also be able to chat with staff and discover more about working the the Seattle zoo.

“Woodland Park Zoo is committed to attracting, developing and retaining highly qualified employees,” states their employment website. “As a 24/7 environment, we have a variety of career opportunities, including positions in animal management, development, education, facilities, horticulture, guest services, information technology, marketing, retail, security and more.”

They at that employment is more than just a job at the zoo.

“Employees are able to develop their appreciation of animals, the natural world and the need for conservation on a local and global level, while contributing their specific skills and talents to our mission.”

The hiring fair will take place at the Woodland Park Zoo Center for Wildlife Conservation Boardroom. They ask applicants to enter through the Center for Wildlife Conservation (off of the Otter Lot, 5500 Phinney Ave N).
