Seattle’s FREE Waterfront Shuttle to kick off its season this week

Memorial Day is just around the corner, and with it comes the return of Seattle’s free waterfront shuttle.

According to the Seattle Historic Waterfront Association, service is planned from Friday, May 24th through to Labor Day, Monday, September 2nd.

The free waterfront shuttle will operate from 10 am to 8 pm daily, and they add that a “shuttle should pass most stops approximately every 15 minutes.”

As of right now, the new map has yet to be shared, but the 2024 stops are listed as follows:

Shuttle Stops on NORTHBOUND Leg

  • Stadiums / King Street Station
  • Pioneer Square
  • Copperworks (across the street from Pier 56)
  • Pier 69 / FRS Clipper & Cruise Terminal
  • Seattle Center / Space Needle

Shuttle Stops on SOUTHBOUND Leg

  • Seattle Center / Space Needle
  • Pier 69 / FRS Clipper & Cruise Terminal
  • Pier 56 / Great Wheel
  • Stadiums / King Street Station

The Free Waterfront Shuttle, funded in part by the Seattle Historic Waterfront Association and King County, is an accessible transportation option for visitors to the waterfront, according to the Seattle Department of Transportation, which also confirmed the return of the shuttle.
