There’s no place like the Rocky Mountains, so it’s no surprise that another new development is on its way to the area.
Offering resort-style amenities, Rundle Park in Canmore will have 98 resort-style condo units, ranging in size from studios to four-bedroom penthouses.

“Poised to be Canmore’s most sought-after community,” this oasis-like compound will allow visitors to embrace mountain living while also giving them that ‘vacation’ feeling.
Here, those staying in the complex will have access to walking trails, biking baths, and – most importantly, a breathtaking spa facility that includes multi-temperature infinity pools, barrel saunas and a state-of-the-art warming room.
Inside, each unit will also feature an innovative glass solarium that offers panoramic views and modern finishes.
“Being minutes away from all of Canmore’s stunning nature, Rundle Park is first of its kind community to enjoy mountain living,” they wrote to Curiocity.
“It’s no surprise that this new development is a perfect place to invest, whether to be used as a secondary residence, vacation home, or short-term rental.”
Unfortunately, they have yet to announce when the condominiums will open their doors, but it shouldn’t be long now!
