Toronto’s Rogers Stadium opens soon and is still hiring for tons of jobs

Toronto’s brand new concert venue, Rogers Stadium, is now less than two weeks from hosting its first concert. The 50,000-person-capacity open-air spot is located at YZD, formerly known as the Downsview Airport Lands, and not only are they opening soon, they’re still hiring for a ton of jobs.

Let’s start with the concert lineup Rogers Stadium already has on lock. So far, these are the shows coming to the brand new space:

  • Stray Kids World Tour: June 29, 2025
  • Coldplay Music Of The Spheres World Tour: July 7, 8, 11 and 12, 2025
  • Blackpink World Tour: July 22 and 23, 2025
  • Chris Brown Breezy Bowl: Aug. 19 and 20, 2025
  • Oasis: Aug. 24 and 25, 2025
  • System of a Down: Sept. 3 and 5, 2025
  • Hozier Unreal Unearth Tour: Sept. 10, 2025

Pretty sweet list, if you ask me.

Working at the stadium means you’ll be needed for these shows, which is a great gig. Some of the roles they’re still hiring for are concession workers, warehouse workers, bussers, hosts, servers, barbacks and bartenders.

Most of the roles are part-time, which is perfect if you’re just looking for summer work.

If you have tickets to any shows coming up, the venue is super easy to get to on the TTC, with the pedestrian entrance located at 105 Carl Hall Rd. Downsview Park Station is just a short walk from Rogers Stadium, and there are also plenty of bus routes that can get you there, such as 84 Sheppard West, 107A York University Heights and 108A Driftwood.

I can’t wait to check out the new spot. Happy outdoor concert season, Toronto.
