The Portland Pickles mascot posted a NSFW pickle pic & Twitter is losing it

Once in a while, we post things to social media that we don’t mean to. And this week, the Portland Pickle’s mascot, Dillion T Pickle, took it a little far by posting a picture of his third pickle – if you catch our drift. The “pickle” pic sent Twitter into a spiral and people were losing it.

Dillion T Pickle got a new phone and wanted to celebrate by sharing a selfie caption “new phone who dis”. Unfortunately, his camera angle was a little low and gave us a look at something else.

It had people pretty fired up on Twitter and that’s understandable, after all, how often does a collegiate baseball team do something like this? Never as far as we know. Not only that, but the mascot is a pickle with a suit that looks pretty similar to the grinch.

Ready to see the infamous image? Don’t worry it’s not as NSFW as you think.

Some of Twitter’s responses included:

In response to Twitter’s big reaction, The Portland Pickles opened an “investigation” stating that it was “a big dill” to them. They also released the video below stating that Dillion has been framed. What the truth is, we may never know.

Regardless of what information comes out about Dillion and his pickle, it’s a great laugh to end Friday with. We certainly hope it’s not the last stunt this team pulls. Maybe it’s worth the drive down to Portland to watch them during baseball season. Have a great weekend, Seattle.
