Ready to hit the gym? Planet Fitness is offering a free week of workouts at its locations across Canada.

The chain is having a Family Day promotion this February and is inviting everyone over the age of 13 to work out for free.

Canadians have from February 18th to the 24th to get their sweat on.

When you sign up, you’ll get a free month of gym access for every friend that you refer, for a maximum of three months per year.
