BC’s popular mountain coaster takes riders through the rainforest

If Revelstoke isn’t on your summer itinerary already, it definitely should be. Lush temperate rainforest, towering mountains, and a thrilling coaster ride for all ages to enjoy. Tthe Pipe Mountain Coaster at Revelstoke Mountain Resort is now officially back, so get ready to mark your calendars, BC!

With just over 2 km of monorail, the coaster takes passengers to exciting new heights, no pun intended. According to the resort’s website, riders will get to experience new points of view around the mountain as they journey through two tunnels and pass through one of the most beautiful sections of BC’s inland rainforest.

Plus, the family-friendly ride allows passengers to control their own speed, making it an ideal experience for all ages.

Tickets & hours

Want to save on tickets? Coaster riders can save up to 25% when they purchase their tickets online in advance, for $39 per person for one ride, or $49 for two. Children aged 3 to 7 years old can be added as passengers for $15 per ride, or $20 for two.

The Pipe Mountain Coaster is officially back on May 31st (9:30 am to 5 pm daily), with the second track opening on June 22nd, at which point both tracks will operate from 8:30 am to 6 pm daily until September 4th.

Note that to ride alone, passengers must be aged at least 8 years old and be 4’11” or taller, according to the resort’s website.
