There’s a pickleball court in downtown Toronto and it’s free this weekend

Pickleball is back at The Well for yet another spring season! If you’ve been itching to get out of your house and back to the court, it’s your time to shine. And this weekend, it’s free.

Toronto’s open-air shopping destination is also a community hub where events, experiences and cultural gatherings happen throughout the year. Now add pickleball spot to the list, and The Well will very much be my go-to spot this season.

Whether it’s your first time playing or 100th, the outdoor pop-up court is open to all.

What to know

Grab yourself a paddle and join in on the fun. This weekend, until April 10, there are free court bookings. So if you’re trying the game out for the first time, you may want to test it out for free.

The court comes in partnership with Pickleplex, a Canadian-born and operated organization.

You have until May 10, 2026, to enjoy the court, so if you can’t make it this weekend, no problem.

There’s plenty of time to plan your Pickleball experience this spring. Bookings can be done online.

Have fun, Toronto!
