People, it’s that time of the year. Pull out your fancy hats and fascinators, dig out those shiny pointy-toes and don your classiest attire yet. ‘Cause Packwood Grand is back for the soiree of the year.
On the off chance that you’re still not in the know, Packwood Grand is an annual social and lifestyle event that takes place at the racetrack. And while horse racing is deemed the highlight of the event, it’s about a lot more than mere betting and racing.
Known for its elegant flamboyance, the event happens to be the social gathering of the year. You can expect the crème de la crème from Edmonton— from fashion-forward elites to cultured socialites to that of leading business individuals. All stepping out in their classiest and snazziest best.
And of course, as can be expected for a celebration this grand, there will be incredible food and lip-smacking bevies too. In fact, this event of the season happens to see the second highest number of bottles of Veuve Clicquot Champagne poured in a single day. The first being, New Years Eve.
