Well, folks, ski season might have already kicked off in other parts of the province, but the North Shore is joining the party this weekend! Cypress Mountain is rearing to go, and has opened a small portion of the mountain for those who cannot wait to hit the slopes.

How small? Well, very. While their Easy Rider Quad Chair is up and running, there’s only one real route that’s currently open- the Easy Rider trail into Runway. Even still, it’s a great opportunity for those who cannot wait to breathe that fresh mountain air once more.

And on that note, the mountain has another surprise in store! In addition to the downhill area, they’re also opening up their Snow Tube Park starting tomorrow (Saturday, November 20th). You know, just in case you feel the need to frolic around instead of doing some hot laps on the mountain.

Either way, this is the start of the winter sports season in Vancouver, and we’re here for it. For more information and to book a visit, just click the link below!
