Another month, another round of exciting concerts to look forward to in Vancouver. From country icon Shania Twain to Burna Boy – here are 14 must-see concerts happening in Vancouver this November.

Cooper Allen 

Cooper Allen is an up-and-coming country star with a fanbase of over 10 million followers and over 200 million streams, according to his website. Originally from Salem, North Carolina, Allen spent his high school and college years playing at bars across the Carolinas, and soon he’ll be onstage at the Commodore in Vancouver.

This American rock band hails from Alaska, but is currently based in Portland, and consists of John Baldwin Gourley, Zach Carothers, Kyle O’Quin, Jason Sechrist, Eric Howk and Zoe Manville. Gourley and Carothers have been playing music together since their high school days, and the band is known for their hit single “Feel It Still.”

Burna Boy

Burna Boy is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and producer who rose to fame via his debut single “Like to Party” and debut studio album “L.I.F.E” His music combines Yoruba, Igbo, and English lyrics, and he’s received multiple international accolades.

KISS 

If you’re into rock, a KISS concert is practically a rite of passage. The NYC-formed band consists of Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Ace Frehley, and Peter Criss, and known for hits like “I Was Made For Lovin’ You,” “Rock and Roll All Nite,” and “Heaven’s On Fire,” to name a few.

This Vancouver-formed band is a must-listen if you’re a fan of indie rock. The Canadian band is fronted by Dan Bejar, with a collective of regular members and collaborators joining him in the studio and during live performances.

The Jonas Brothers 

Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas are officially back in Canada this November as part of their 35-day “Five Albums, One Night” tour across North America, which starts and ends in New York.

Yung Bae 

And now to mix things up: A little Japanese “city pop.” Dallas Cotton, known professionally as Yung Bae, is a future funk producer from Portland, best known for his album “Bae.”

Shania Twain 

Dust off your dancing boots, because ‘from this moment on,’ 2023 will see you two-stepping with the queen of country! Canadian legend and fashion icon, Shania Twain is performing at Rogers Arena on November 14th.

Armin Van Buuren 

In addition to music, this Dutch DJ and producer hosts a weekly radio show, which is broadcasted to nearly 40 million listeners across 100 radio stations. According to his website, he is dedicated to losing himself in his music every time he steps into a DJ booth – so you know this concert is going to be unreal.

Loud Luxury 

This Canadian music production and DJ duo consists of Andrew Fedyk and Joe Depace, who are currently based in LA. Though the popular duo will be back in Vancouver on November 18th, so mark your calendars and get ready to dance.

The Cat Empire 

This Australian jazz/funk fusion band originated from Melbourne-born Jazz Cat, which eventually broke off into a three-piece band, The Cat Empire. As of 2022, the band has new additions and new music, so get ready for an exciting night of live music.

Christmas with the Tenors 

And now, for a holiday pick. The Tenors are a Canadian vocal group consisting of Victor Micallef, Clifton Murray, Alberto Urso, and Mark Masri. If you’re a fan of operatic pop or a mix of classical music and modern music, you likely need no introduction.

The Japanese House 

Amber Mary Bain, known professionally as The Japanese House, is an English indie pop musician known for her blend of guitar, synthesizer, and keyboard. She decided to pursue a career in music in her teenage years, and has continued to rise to fame with one hit after another.
