There’s a multi-day art crawl in Metro Vancouver that’s free to attend next month

Whether you’re an artist yourself or one to frequent your local art galleries, there’s an arts & culture crawl coming up in Metro Vancouver that you won’t want to miss.

For two days this October, the 21st annual New West Cultural Crawl will celebrate the vast creative talent across the City of New Westminster with tons of open artist studios, all of which are free to visit.

For a third day during the celebration, there will be After Dark shows and interactive events to keep the fun going. This includes a dark comedy (Mauritius) by Theresa Rebeck, a mini film festival at the Purpose Independent Secondary School, an evening writing workshop, and a night of vinyl, natural wine, and cocktails.

While most events are completely free to attend, some are ticketed, so be sure to snag your spot at the ones you’re interested in checking out sooner rather than later!

And that’s a wrap for now, art lovers. Stay tuned for more info on this year’s Crawl as it comes!

New West Cultural Crawl

When: Friday, October 4th to Sunday, October 6th
Where: Artist studios and locations throughout New Westminster
Cost: Free admission, some ticketed events
