Believe it or not, Canada is home to some of the most romantic places in the world. And no, it’s nowhere in Vancouver, Toronto, or Montreal, surprisingly.
TripSavvy’s 2022 Editors Choice Awards are out and they have analyzed over 75 restaurants, resorts, hotels, and attractions that “offer travelers unique experiences that are best shared with someone near and dear,” for their Romance category.
Overall, they vetted and hand-selected winners from over 60,000 businesses around the globe. And this year, a little over 1,000 venues made the cut.
The traveler website analyzed experiences across Europe, Asia, Central, and South America, the United States, and of course, Canada.

A total of three Canadian locations made the list; two in Quebec and the other in Ontario. For us in Ontario, according to TripSavvy, Niagara Falls’ Redwood Bed & Breakfast is a top-tier romance destination.
If you’re ever in the area and want a little getaway, you can get a room at this B&B for just under $200. It’s a cozy spot that offers a more homey vibe compared to your typical stays.
