Here’s where the most affordable homes were sold in Ontario last month

The real estate market has cooled off big time in our province, but the activity hasn’t stopped entirely. In fact, now is a good opportunity to snap up a home for a better price. Zoocasa has released a list of the most affordable homes sold in Ontario in January 2023, including a three-bedroom home for $245,000.

Depending on where you look, you buy up a detached family home for the fraction of what you’d pay for a Toronto bachelor pad.

Here are the most affordable homes sold in Ontario last month and where they are located, to inspire your future homeowning plans.
