Cheap apartments in Montreal you can rent for under $1,500 right now

New month, new home? Across the city, many residents look to move around the first day or week of each month. And for those looking to rent a new place in Montreal, the average rental price for a one-bedroom is hovering around $1,507 a month.

Bet you thought Montreal would be a little cheaper huh? Surprisingly not but sometimes, listings pop up for places that are renting way below the average cost in the city. So let’s check some out!

Rentals.ca has also provided Curiocity with the five “cheapest” one-bedroom and studio apartments listed as of February 2.

Here’s what you can rent for under $1,500 in Montreal right now:

3510 Cote Ste Catherine – $725

This one-bedroom apartment includes heating, hot water, a stove, and a fridge. It’s a smaller apartment building with three floors and 14 units as well as a full-time concierge.

6280 Boulevard Décarie – $825

This studio apartment was recently renovated, comes with hot water, a fridge, a stove, and is located on the 7th floor of the building. The good news is that the building does indeed have elevators.

2525 Boulevard Cavendish – $830 – $1435

This building doesn’t have a lot of details on it but it does have a whole host of different kinds of living situations available. From studios to 2 bedrooms, they’ve got you covered.
