New month, new home? Across the city, many residents look to move around the first day or week of each month. And for those looking to rent a new place in Montreal, the average rental price for a one-bedroom is hovering around $1,507 a month.
Bet you thought Montreal would be a little cheaper huh? Surprisingly not but sometimes, listings pop up for places that are renting way below the average cost in the city. So let’s check some out!
