Monstercat is bringing back its FREE Block Party next month

We’ve got some great news to share with Vancouver’s music lovers! This September, the Monstercat Compound is returning for its 4th instalment, after getting cancelled last year. Lasting an entire day and featuring some of the label’s top talent, it’s a can’t-miss option to end the summer with. Let’s check it out!

First up, the music. Taking place on not one but two stages, the Block Party has a serious lineup to look forward to. There are a whopping 15 different sets scheduled, kicking off at 2PM and running until the event closes at 9PM. The lineup heavily features local DJs and producers, but does have a couple of international names on there as well (like Tony Romero).

That’s not all you have to look forward to, though! In addition to the concerts, the Monstercat Compound will have live art demonstrations, carnival games, educational panels, and more. Plus, if you get hungry, there will be food and drink options on-site to treat yourself at.

Basically, it’s an entire day of fun, set to a fantastic soundtrack courtesy of some amazing music acts. And, it’s free with registration! If that’s not enough to get you down there, then we don’t know what is.
