A One Piece pop-up experience is taking over Vancouver for a limited time

MINISO is hosting a One Piece pop-up experience in Vancouver this month, giving you a chance to shop a collection filled with plushies, blind boxes and accessories inspired by the popular anime series. Along with the merchandise, the pop-up will also feature photo installations and on-site promotions, giving you plenty of ways to get into the spirit while you’re there.

Now let’s take a further look at what you’ll find when you head inside.

What to expect at the pop-up experience

The Grand Court at Metropolis at Metrotown has been transformed into a One Piece-inspired space, with the interior designed to look like a ship and filled with colourful details that were inspired by the series. You can walk through the space and check out plenty of photo installations and snap some great Instagram photos to impress your friends. You’ll also have the chance to meet some of your favourite One Piece characters, so keep your camera ready for a photo op with them as well.

According to MINISO, the merchandise is a whole other reason to stop by. You’ll find everything from character-inspired collectibles to cute accessories and everyday items. And if you’re worried about doing too much damage to your wallet, there are plenty of in-store promotions happening throughout the pop-up that might just make it a little easier to justify adding something to your collection.

The One Piece pop-up will be open daily until Sunday, Aug. 30, 2026, so you still have plenty of time to make your way down to Metrotown and see it for yourself. And who knows, maybe you’ll end up with a few new items you definitely didn’t plan on buying!

Will you be stopping by to see it for yourself?
