Whether it’s a McFlurry or a few nuggets – Canadians jonesin’ for a little Don’s are encouraged to head to their nearest drive-thru sooner rather than later in celebration of McHappy Day as they kick off their annual September 22nd do-good event.

Every year, in support of the Ronald McDonald House Charity, the fast-food chain pledges to donate a portion of its proceeds to families seeking vital medical treatment for their seriously ill or injured child. This year, however, they’re doing things bigger than ever.

For the first time, not only will the purchase of a cheeseburger or a coffee, go towards the RMHC, all of their other menu items will be eligible as well!

In addition to this, customers who donate an extra $2 may be among the many who receive a “thank you” video from a Canadian athlete, celebrity or family whose lives were made better by the organization.

If for whatever reason, you can’t make it to your closest Mcdonald’s, you can also purchase your favourite foods via McDelivery through Uber Eats, Skip the Dishes or Doordash.
