Canadian chef & ‘The Bear’ star Matty Matheson is touring for his new cookbook

Canadian Chef and star of “The Bear”, Matty Matheson, is hitting the road! Matheson is taking his upcoming cookbook “Soups, Salads, Sandwiches” on tour and he’s making stops all over Canada. Tickets are going to go fast so here’s what to know.

Matty Matheson’s third cookbook comes out on October 22nd, 2024.

If you want a sneak peek at what kind of recipes to expect these are just a few that will be in the book:

Soups: Giant Meatball Soup; Crab Congee; Creamy Sausage Soup with Rapini and Tortellini; Caldo de Pollo
Salads: Everyone’s Mom’s Macaroni and Tuna Salad; Griddled Salami Panzanella Salad; Peaches with Goat Cheese, Mint, Honeycomb, Olive Oil, and Espellete
Sandwiches: Cubano; Italian Combo; Sun Warmed Tomato Sandwich; Banana Bread French Toast with Fried Egg, Peameal Bacon, and Maple Syrup

To celebrate what he’s calling his “best cookbook ever”, the chef is touring all over North America starting October 20th.

The tour

“MY FREAKY DEAKY BABIES I’M COMING FOR YA! SOUPS, SALADS, SANDWICHES IS HITTING THE ROAD ALL OVER NORTH AMERICA,” says Matty’s website.

“PULL UP TO THE SOUPS, SALADS, SANDWICHES ZONE IN A CITY NEAR YOU SEE YOU SOON THANK YOU I LOVE YOU WORLD PEACE!”

The first stop of the tour is in Toronto, Ontario on October 20th, 2024.

The chef will then hit a handful of American cities before making his way to Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver, in that order, between November 14th – 17th, 2024.

The stops will include book signings and a meet and greet with Matty Matheson. Tickets for each city go on sale at different times so be sure to check out which one you’re interested in attending here to get your tickets.
