ParkBus is hosting several day trips this March and April as part of its ActiveDays programming schedule.
These day-long excursions include transportation and a full itinerary that takes you from downtown Toronto to some of the best nature destinations in the province.
And in the spirit of this very sweet time of year, there are several day trips on the schedule to maple festivals in Ontario.
Right now, there are three maple-themed day trips on the ParkBus schedule — Kortright Maple Festival on March 18th, Purple Woods Maple Syrup Festival on March 25th, and Maple Town Festival on April 9th.

Each festival has its own unique offerings. For example, the Maple Town Festival has wagon rides, historical trail walks, taffy on snow, and piping hot flapjacks at the pancake house.
The Kortright Centre for Conservation is located less than one hour from Toronto and part of the day trip will include a guided hike along the areas 16-km trail network.
The Purple Woods excursion includes an optional pancake brunch, as well as demonstrations, horse-drawn wagon rides, and a 5 km hike in the woods.
All of the ParkBus day trips include pickup and drop off at a central downtown Toronto location, near Yonge and Bloor.
Attendees are given a list of items to bring or pack, including warm clothing, appropriate footwear, and other items.
You can look at all of the upcoming ActiveDays trips online and reserve your spot.
