Attention west coast travellers! For those looking to travel to Edmonton sometime soon, there’s a new flight option for you. The ultra-low-cost Canadian airline, Lynx Air, recently announced its new route and it has some pretty low prices to kick off its latest flights.

Back in July, Lynx Air‘s first flight from Edmonton International Airport took to the skies, with departures scheduled to and from Toronto Pearson International Airport and St John’s International Airport.

And as a Halloween treat, the airline is offering flights from Vancouver to Edmonton starting Monday, October 31st.

According to Vancouver International Airport, “Lynx Air is expanding its services out of YVR with a new route to Edmonton. Starting October 31, trick-or-treat yourself to an ultra-affordable YEG ticket from $49 (one way including taxes).”

Heading over to Lynx’s website, flights at $49 are available one-way to Edmonton throughout the month of November. Return flights are currently $98, with all taxes. Mind you, this doesn’t include any added checked bags.
