This BC park has one of the most ‘magical’ beaches in Canada

If you’re a beach lover, you’ve no doubt heard of BC’s own Long Beach, located in the famed Pacific Rim National Park Reserve on Vancouver Island. And if you haven’t yet made your way there, now is the perfect time to do so – and what’s more, it was recently named one of the most ‘magical beaches’ by Parks Canada. So all the more reason to make the trip out, if you ask us!

With 22 km of golden, sandy beaches, sun-warmed waters, and 12 km of forested trails to explore, it’s no wonder that Long Beach has become a symbol for BC’s natural beauty. And when it comes to the most stunning beaches in Canada, you can’t go wrong with a visit here.

Visitors can enjoy year-round surfing, beachcombing, exploring tide pools, and hiking through the Island’s temperate rainforest, passing gigantic western red cedars and western hemlock.
