Summer might be nearing its end (say it ain’t so!), but the Labour Day weekend is coming up. It’ll be a chance for one last hurrah before we close out the summer of ’25 forever.

There’s plenty to do in and around Calgary this Labour Day, but you should know what’s open and closed before you plan your long weekend. From public services to shops and stores, here’s what’s open for business this Monday, Sept. 1 holiday in Calgary.
Enjoy your Labour Day, Calgary!
