Looking for work? 5 job fairs to check out in Toronto soon

Looking for work can be tough, we get it! Job fairs and career fairs make it a little easier, giving the public the ability to meet employers face-to-face. In Toronto there are a number of job fairs coming up soon so dust off that resume!

Here are five Toronto job fairs to check out soon.

Canada Job Expo

This one is coming up in just a couple of days so get everything you need prepared!

The Canada Job Expo will feature a variety of different fields of work happening on September 12th, 2024.

The event takes place at North York Memorial Hall from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Register ahead of time here.

When: Thursday, September 12th from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Where: North York Memorial Hall, 5110 Yonge St

University of Toronto Career Fair

Calling all students!

This U of T career fair is free and the perfect opportunity for students seeking meaningful employment opportunities to connect with potential employers in a variety of fields.

The event is open from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM at the University of Toronto Exam Centre on McCaul Street.

When: Tuesday, September 17th from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Where: 255 McCaul Street

Nursing Jobs Fair

Admission is free at the Nursing Job Fair and it’s a great way to find a career in the field.

According to the event page, ” The Nursing Jobs Fair connects some of the most recognized healthcare employers from across Canada & the US with the very best professional talent in nursing and midwifery, looking for new challenges and new horizons.”

CPAC Job Fair

This massive job fair will cover a spectrum of industries including:

ReNew Canada Career Fair

This job fair is geared towards students looking to break into a career in engineering.

“This event will connect engineering firms who work on Canada’s Top 100 Infrastructure Projects with engineering students looking to work with some of the most engaging and innovative firms operating in Canada.”
