Sunny summer days are incredibly special, but we also love orange and yellow leaves, fresh autumn air, and Halloween. Can’t wait for the fall season? It won’t be on the calendar for quite some time, but horror-genre lovers can get their fright fix this June.
If you’re among the many who can appreciate a good jump scare, you’ll want to act fast because Calgary Horror Con is back, and this year will be unforgettable.
The largest event of its kind in all of Canada, this two-day experience will feature celebrity guests, panels, screenings, vendors, and even a costume contest.
“The Calgary Horror Con is dedicated to the advancement and promotion of all horror-related communities and their activities within Calgary and the global arena,” they explain on their website.
“Through networking and developing collaborations between all horror-related artistic activities, the Calgary Horror Con is dedicated to promoting Calgary as a diverse and prolific source of horror arts, culture, performance, and business.”
