We don’t know about you, but checking out homes that we can most likely never afford is a pretty fun way of passing the time. Are we jealous? Sure! Having a few extra thousand square feet to chill in during the pandemic would be wonderful, but honestly, we just love the daydreaming. So let’s explore, shall we? Here are the 5 most expensive homes in Seattle right now.
Coming in at number 5 we have a spectacular unit in the Market Place Tower. But this isn’t a regular old condo, in fact, it’s one of only 7 available in the super exclusive building. Plus it has over 4,500 square feet of space, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and two levels. And it’s been on the market for almost 3 years, so we’ll bet you could negotiate the $9.3 million price tag.
Next up is this absolutely exquisite home in Magnolia. It’s truly a once in a lifetime home with unobstructed views of Puget Sound, 4 buildings, 5 lots, a private beach, and a massive yard. So if you’re looking for the ultimate luxury PNW home, this might be it. But it does have a $10.8 million price tag. That being said, the price is absolutely worth that view.

Surprisingly the next home is located in Mount Baker. We say surprisingly because it’s quite rare that waterfront properties spring up in the neighborhood. And this home certainly is the home to rule them all. It features over an acre of land, 2 parcels, 240 feet of private lakefront, and over 6,200 square feet of home. That being said, it’ll cost you $12.4 million but what else did you expect?
The next home is located just a bit further North between Madrona and Denny Blaine. And this home is certainly unique as it looks like it had a few design eras thrown at it. But we do like that it has a massive yard, private lakefront, and 2 docks. That being said, it could be a good passion project for a multi-millionaire or billionaire. Not to mention it also just got a $1 million dollar price cut which leaves the price at $14.7 million. Ouch.
Here we are at the most expensive home in Seattle right now, drumroll, please… Surprise, it’s another downtown condo. But this condo is special because it happens to be Seattle’s largest and of course, it’s a penthouse. This means you get a 360-degree view of the city, 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 terraces, and almost 7,000 square feet of space. Dreamy right? Well, it can be yours for $14.8 million.
Okay, folks, those are the most expensive homes in Seattle at the moment. But to be completely transparent will you all, there are a few that are even more expensive. However, because they’re so expensive, they don’t images. And that’s not very fun, is it? So we hope that you enjoy these insane homes.
