So if you’re looking for the ultimate luxury PNW home, this might be it. But it does have a $10.8 million price tag. That being said, the price is absolutely worth that view.

Surprisingly the next home is located in Mount Baker. We say surprisingly because it’s quite rare that waterfront properties spring up in the neighborhood. And this home certainly is the home to rule them all. It features over an acre of land, 2 parcels, 240 feet of private lakefront, and over 6,200 square feet of home. That being said, it’ll cost you $12.4 million but what else did you expect?
