There’s a sculpture forest walk in Ontario with six one-of-a-kind benches

Explore a world of art through this walking forest trail in Ontario. The Haliburton Sculpture Forest showcases a unique outdoor collection of sculptures by Canadian and international artists. Here’s what to know about this outdoor experience.

Located in Haliburton, in Glebe Park is the exciting Sculpture Forest. Visitors can feast their eyes on 44 different sculptures and six one-of-a-kind benches, that will surely leave you in awe.

The Sculpture Forest trails are a total of 1.4 km in length which shouldn’t take you too long to explore.

In the warmer seasons, including fall, you can opt for a bike ride through the forest.

“The Sculpture Forest experience is ideal for families looking for an interesting outing, for those who enjoy outdoor trails, and for people looking for a unique artistic experience,” shares organizers.

Though the trail is free for you to enjoy, the Haliburton Sculpture Forest team does accept donations. There are donation boxes at the entrances and along the trails.

You are also more than welcome to bring your dog on a leash. Just make sure to clean up after them!
