Located in the spot that was once the beloved Raw Bar, Freestyle Social Club aims to champion a social experience that authentically connects the Calgary community and effortlessly welcomes visitors. 

Expect an airy atmosphere complimented by share-centric food and an innovative cocktail program elevated by the unique culinary style that Hotel Arts Group is known for.

THE COCKTAILS 

At Freestyle, it’s our philosophy that an expertly crafted beverage is best experienced with friends, new or old, and should always be served with a genuine sense of welcome. It was with this philosophy that crafted a cocktail program that has been curated for every palette and every occasion. 

Designed to be one of an all-encompassing style, the cocktail program has been crafted to incorporate flavours from every corner of the world. With a variety of flavours, from sour and complex, to sweet yet balanced, there is something for everyone to enjoy. 

THE FOOD

Director of Food & Beverage, Quinn Staple, has crafted a menu that is first and foremost freestyle in nature. Curating a mix of sharable, seasonally-influenced and ingredient-inspired plates designed to fit any appetite and best enjoyed when shared.

Dining at Freestyle is welcoming and uncomplicated with an eclectic, playful and worldly-inspired menu that brings with it an experience that will leave you yearning for your next visit.

THE VIBE

Designed by Andrea Raimondi of Ingenium Design Group, the creative mind behind Yellow Door Bistro, Freestyle Social Club offers the same unique charm while also bringing with it a vibrant atmosphere designed for leisure. Freestyle is the perfect place to settle in for a few rounds with friends, share a plate or two with a date, or enjoy a cocktail solo at the bar. 

THE GOLF

The layout offers two group golf simulators, a combination of bar seating, low tables, high tops and a curving modular sofa, creating spaces for different experiences and the perfect place for singles, couples, and friends alike. Located directly across from Poolside by Hotel Arts, Freestyle Social Club extends the unique urban resort experience offered year-round.

Regardless of whether you choose to play a full round with friends or perfect your drive with a lesson from our golf pro, Freestyle Social Club’s simulators are the perfect way to work on your game. Offering year-round play, we invite you to untie and tee up!
