Yet another ghost kitchen is about to hit our city’s streets, and his time around it’ll be featuring eats from an iconic Food Network host. Yep, Guy Fieri is bringing Flavortown to Seattle. Get ready to order items like burgers, sandwiches, and more Flavortown-inspired foods as soon as next Wednesday, February 17.
Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen will be operating out of the Buca di Beppo in South Lake Union. And you might remember a similar ghost kitchen happening around Christmas that centered on Mariah Carey’s cookies. Well, it just so happens that both pop-ups are being put on by Virtual Dining Concepts. So that means we could see more celebrity centric ghost kitchens in the future.

The menu includes food items like Buffalo Wings, Real Cheezy Burger, Chicken Parm-eroni, and more. But pretty much everything on this menu looks like it’s guaranteed to put you in a massive food coma. So eater beware, but honestly, what did you expect from Guy Fieri?
