A new gym inspired ‘American Ninja Warrior’ is opening in Calgary

You’ve seen the show and even thought to yourself “I could do that,”  but now you can put your money where your mouth is! Calgary is about to open its first Fitset Ninja, a gym and obstacle course inspired by American Ninja Warrior and here’s what we know.

Set to welcome the public on Sunday, November 6th, Fitset launched in Edmonton and has since become a favourite amongst the physically inclined – though you don’t need to be a pro to check it out.

Located in the NE, this facility has a ton of diverse equipment, so no matter your skill level you can still have fun.

“We have been eagerly anticipating the opening of our Calgary location for a long time,” comments Tim Gourlay, founder of Fitset Ninja in. a press release.

“Our sport is so much more than skill and agility. It’s truly about building a culture of support and community. We want people to join us and try something different, stretch themselves a little bit. It’s unbelievable to witness the mindset transformations that occur within our space because of the experience we provide.”

Here guests can try, try and try again, push themselves to the limit, work up a sweat and maybe even learn a thing or two – so why not check it out?
