Fern Resort offers up some major winter fun, most notably its 1.5 outdoor skating trail that winds through the woods. If you can’t make it during the day, the trail is also open in the evenings and is illuminated by the glow of torches. The resort has options for skate rentals if you don’t have any!
Another feature during the winter is sleigh rides through what the resort calls its “winter wonderland.” Fern also recommends you finish the day by warming up at the outdoor bonfire pit!
Other outdoor activities offered include snowshoeing, curling on the lake, ice fishing and cross-country skiing. And don’t worry if you’re missing anything, they have you covered with a selection of gear to choose from.
When you’re ready to go inside, head to the spa at Fern Resort – Honey! The spa offers included services but also features a selection of paid-for experiences such as massages, pedicures, facials and more. Don’t forget to call and book ahead!
