Farm Boy to open its first of three new stores in Ontario this month

Farm Boy is officially opening its first of three openings slated for 2024. The beloved Ontario fresh food retailer will welcome customers to its Oshawa location as early as next week and here’s what to know.

Oshawa, you’re up next! Farm Boy will open its 48th store in Ontario at 1280 Clearbrook Drive on March 14th. This marks its 19th location in the GTA.

“We are delighted to expand our presence in the GTA and bring the Farm Boy experience to the vibrant community of Oshawa,” said Shawn Linton, President and General Manager.

“This new location reflects our commitment to offering top-quality products at great value and exceptional customer service, while fostering a deep connection with local communities.” 

Like all its other locations, you can expect Farm Boy’s signature offerings from fresh produce to Canadian meats, dairy, and its popular private-label products.

Along with that, they will over a wide selection of gluten-free, plant-based, vegan, and vegetarian options, catering to diverse dietary options.   

As mentioned, this is just one out of the three Farm Boy locations opening up in the region.

The locations consist of openings outside the GTA. We told you of two, one in Burlington and another in Mississauga.

The Burlington location will be at 3230 Fairview Street, opening in winter of 2024

As for the Mississauga location, it will open in Port Credit at 175 Lakeshore Road West, in summer 2024.

These openings shouldn’t come as a surprise for fans of the chain considering it opened several locations in and around Toronto this past year.
