Free job fairs you can check out in Metro Vancouver this fall

Looking for your next opportunity? Job fairs are a great way to get in front of hiring managers and network with a ton of different people. So if you’re ready to brush off your resume and see what’s out there, consider checking out one of these job fairs coming up in Metro Vancouver this fall.

Vancouver Job Fair: Entry-level

From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 25th, entry-level applicants can check out a range of opportunities, all from the comfort of their homes. Both in-person and WFH positions are available at a variety of different companies, which in the past have included everything from Shopify to Lululemon.

Organizers also have similar virtual job fairs coming up for candidates in Delta, Coquitlam, and Richmond.

When: Wednesday, October 25th

2023 Tri-Cities Job Fair 

Presented by WorkBC Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody, the Tri-Cities Job Fair will give job seekers the chance to learn more about hundreds of opportunities and local employers, including ICBC, Fraser Health, RBC Royal Bank, Vancity, and Save-On-Foods, to name a few.

When: Wednesday, November 1st
Where: 1205 Pinetree Way, Coquitlam

Vancouver Fair and Training Expo

The Vancouver Career Fair and Training Expo happens to be one of Canada’s most established since 2010, and this November, candidates can make their way to the Holiday Inn in downtown Vancouver to meet hundreds of exhibitors. Examples from the past that have been hiring include the Automotive Retailers Association, Pacific Link College, University Canada West, and much more.

When: Tuesday, November 7th
Where: 1110 Howe Street

First Friday Fair & Career Expo

Conducted on the first Friday of every month, this fair and career expo requests participants to complete an online profile prior to the online event commencing. In exchange, job seekers will get access to around 8,000 recruiting companies with countless open positions.

When: Friday, November 3rd and the first Friday of every month
Where: Online
