Is it Thursday already? Boy, the weeks have been flying by this fall. No matter, here’s our list of the best things to do in Edmonton this weekend. There’s some variety in this lineup. You can attend a concert, hit up a Christmas market, or treat yourself to delicious food and drink events.

Here are 8 things to do this weekend in Edmonton.

The Winter Wonderland Market

Another market for the holidays. This one is offering vendors, food, music and more. Plus, attendance is free!

When: Friday, November 22
Where: 9240 93rd Street
Cost: Free to attend!

Infected Mushroom

While we’re not fans of their earlier stuff (sue us), their most recent album is a good example of trance music’s evolution over the years. Good for dancing to, that’s for sure.

When: Friday, November 22
Where: The Starlite Room
Tickets: $34.99

Tea and Chocolate Pairing

Oh, you thought chocolate was only good with coffee or cigars? Think again, powerful businessperson from the 90s. And if you don’t believe us, head to this event for a much more in depth look at what makes a chocolate pairing so great.

When: Friday, November 22
Where: Credo Coffee
Tickets: $46

Washed Out

Although already sold out, we highly recommend finding tickets for Washed Out’s DJ set. Paracosm and Within and Without are two albums that we could play on repeat for an entire day, no problem.

When: Friday, November 22
Where: 9910
Tickets: Sold out, check the Facebook page

Daniel Caesar

Mr. smooth returns to Edmonton, one year older and one year wiser. No, Mr. Smooth is not his preferred nickname, but that’s not going to stop us from referring to him as such.

When: Saturday, November 23
Where: North Alberta Jubilee Auditorium
Tickets: $60 and up for resale

Endless Bummer

The name is deceiving, because this huge festival is going to be anything but. Take a peek at the insane event and concert list on Facebook, pick a couple, and enjoy yourself.

When: Ends Saturday, November 23
Where: Venues around Edmonton
Cost: Varies per event

Banff Craft Beer Festival

Sample beer, cider & spirits against the most beautiful backdrop, in Alberta’s own backyard at the Banff Craft beer festival. It’s been coined the ‘World’s Most Beautiful Beer Festival’ for good reason.

When: Ends Saturday, November 23
Where: Cave and Basin National Historic Site, 311 Cave Ave, Banff
Tickets: $20-$80

Disney On Ice: Mickey’s Search Party

We want to see Goofy do a backflip on skates. We doubt that he will, but we have a feeling that there will be more than enough excitement to make up for it at this iconic Disney production.

When: Shows throughout the weekend
Where: Edmonton EXPO Centre
Cost: $31.45

Make It Edmonton

Tired of getting socks for people for Christmas? Step your game up this year by getting them handmade socks. Or, you know, any of the other things offered by the 180 vendors setting up shop.

When: Throughout the weekend
Where: Edmonton Expo Centre
Tickets: $5

Oh yeah, we’re excited about what we can do with the things to do this weekend. We think we’re going to try and find a Christmas gift for our aunt and go to both the Washed Out and Daniel Caesar shows. How about you?
