Good news folks! It turns out that Edmonton is going to be the site of Canada’s first drive-in country music concert! And, it’s all in support of Alberta Food Banks. Perfect, looks like we’ll be buying tickets when they get released.

Brett Kissel has partnered up with Safeway Canada to present ‘Live at the Drive-In’. This unique concert experience will go down on June 13th, outside of the River Cree Resort and Casino. And since Safeway is sponsoring, 100% of ticket sales will go to charity.

The concert will cost $50 per vehicle, and there will also be a live stream of it. But, we definitely think this is a rare enough experience to be worth splitting the cost with a couple of roommates. If you do end up checking out the live stream, then consider donating, because Safeway is matching up to $25k that night.

Tickets for the ‘Live at the Drive-In’ concert will be released via Ticketmaster on Monday, May 25th. If you’d like to learn more about the world’s first drive-in country music concert, just click here!
