It’s looking like Disney+ is going to be home to a whole lot more than The Mandalorian and WandaVision. Recently, they announced that they will be adding a massive haul of movies and TV shows to the platform. A whole ton of the new shows are originals, but a lot are from other networks as well.
The new collection will be called Star, and it’s more or less Disney’s Hulu lineup, brought to Canada. One major reason for the new selection is to appeal to more adult viewers, since Disney+ has been marketed as a family service. We’re appreciative, but we do already have Soul to watch on repeat…

But, we’re also stoked for the movies that are going to be on there. Some good ones we think you should check out or revisit are Speed, Office Space, and, of course, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie.
If those choices aren’t your style, that’s okay, because there will be hundreds of new movies and shows added to the platform on their new section. You can check out the full list of content right here.
If you haven’t already, it might be a good time to get yourself a Disney+ account. This content will be rolling out over the next year and we guarantee there will be something for everyone!
