Tickets for Diljit Dosanjh’s historic Vancouver show this weekend start at $50 but there’s a catch

Attention, Vancouver! This weekend marks the first time a Punjabi artist will perform at BC Place, and he just became the first Punjabi-speaking artist to perform at Coachella. Yes, we’re talking about Diljit Dosanjh!

The singer and actor has starred in and produced music for beloved Bollywood films like Udta Punjab, Good Newwz, and Dunki, and is best known for his 2020 album G.O.A.T., which was featured on Billboard’s Global Chart and trended in the Top 20 in Canada.

Known as one of ‘Punjabi music’s biggest stars,’ Dosanjh has no shortage of accolades and appearances, and if you’re scouring the internet for last-minute tickets, we’ve got great news for you.

Last-minute tickets

There are a handful of Standard Admission tickets left between $188.25 and $244.75 on Ticketmaster, as well as a number of tickets priced at just $44 per person! The catch is, that the seats are “video view only,” meaning you won’t actually have a clear sight of the artist onstage.

But as it’s expected to be the largest Punjabi show outside of India, it might just be worth it to be in attendance!

Note that video-only seats range from $44.50 to $71.20 per person.
