If you’re looking to switch up your workout routine, you’ll be happy to know that a new option has arrived! Earlier this week, the cult high-intensity concept Barry’s (formerly known as Barry’s Bootcamp) officially opened its doors in Vancouver. If you’ve yet to step into the ‘red room’ then we’ve got the details for you.
First opening in LA in the late 90s, Barry’s picks specific focuses every day of the week, ranging from ‘Abs & Ass’ to ‘Full Body’. The 50-minute sessions are high-intensity interval training, which means you’ll absolutely get your sweat on while you’re in there. As for equipment? Expect a mix between treadmills for cardio and floor routines for everything else.

Luckily, Barry’s doesn’t shy away from top-notch amenities to go with their tough workouts. Lockers rooms feature showers and high-quality toiletries, a recent partnership with Lululemon means you’ll have the best gear on, and the Fuel Bar offers a way to recharge before you continue with your day.
For the Vancouver location, Barry’s has chosen Coal Harbour to set up shop, and you can start booking classes today! Like we said, if you’re looking for a new workout routine, then this could be the answer.
