Cirque du Soleil is bringing a little extra magic to Toronto this holiday season with a festive Christmas spectacular. Back by popular demand, here’s what to know about ‘Twas The Night Before… by Cirque du Soleil.
Taking over Meridian Hall from Dec. 10, 2026 to Jan. 2, 2027, the upcoming show will transform the classic Christmas tale into an acrobatic winter wonderland.
Presented in partnership with TO Live, the production is inspired by Clement Clarke Moore’s poem A Visit from St. Nicholas. According to organizers, this was Cirque du Soleil’s first-ever Christmas production.
Visitors can expect reindeer hoop divers, breakdancing elves, a roller-skating duo and a ton of gravity-defying performances.
Here’s what to know if you want to catch the festive spectacle in Toronto.
The show follows a young girl and her father who are unexpectedly separated by a snowstorm, sending them on a journey through whimsical places.
