If you’re looking for a budget-friendly way to stay entertained as summer winds down, Cineplex Canada has a lineup of movies for the entire family.
This September, Cineplex has several movies on its schedule that you can watch for just $3.99. The Family Favourites lineup will screen in cinemas on Saturdays, so check locations near you.
If you’re the type to plan ahead, you can buy your tickets online, a process that includes a $1.50 fee for advanced seat selection and shareable digital tickets. This applies to the first four tickets purchased in a transaction.
Scene+ members only have to pay a $1 online booking fee, while that fee is waived for CineClub members. Ticket prices are subject to applicable taxes.

In the town of Blithe Hollow, Norman Babcock can speak to the dead, but no one other than his eccentric new friend believes his ability is real. One day, Norman’s eccentric uncle tells him of a ritual he must perform to protect the town from a curse cast by a witch centuries ago.

Wandering her rambling old house in her boring new town, 11-year-old Coraline discovers a hidden door to a strangely idealized version of her life. In order to stay in the fantasy, she must make a frighteningly real sacrifice.
