A traditional Korean Autumn harvest festival is coming to Tacoma

Get ready to immerse yourself in Korean culture at ChuSeok Korean Festival, a celebration that promises a delightful blend of tradition and fun. Derived from the Korean words for “autumn eve,” ChuSeok is a time-honored harvest festival observed globally. And now, you have the opportunity to experience its essence firsthand at the APCC’s annual festival.

This is the sixth annual festival and the second year in a row that it will take place in Gig Harbor. The festival is set to be an unforgettable day of entertainment and cultural enrichment. There are all sorts of activities, and arts to enjoy like the captivating Samulnori drum dances, the art of crafting paper lotus flowers, and a chance to acquaint yourself with Korean musical instruments.
