Check out the new list of Canada’s Top 100 employers going into 2021

What makes a good employer in the year 2020? Well, a whole lot of things. But for Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2021, resilience and adaptability topped the list.

This has been a bonkers year for people, businesses, and society so Canada’s Top 100, along with the Globe and Mail, made a list of exemplary employers across Canada.

Some stand-out employers include the University of Toronto. It was selected for its devotion to diversity and inclusion, as well as supports for families. Another notable winner was The Greater Vancouver Food Bank. They won for their support programs for new mothers as well as their progressive time-off policy. Two very worthy reasons to be included if you ask us!
