These rentals in & around Vancouver are cheaper than average and available right now (PHOTOS)

It’s that time of the month again, Vancouver. While the average rent for a one-bedroom has risen to $2,831 per month according to Rentals.ca, there are some rentals in Vancouver available for significantly less, if you know where to look.

So with that in mind, here are some of the cheapest rentals available in Vancouver right now.

2185 Oxford Street: $1,900 per month

This East Van rental is nearby plenty of restaurants, breweries, and shopping amenities to keep you occupied, and is the perfect-sized space to come home to every day. The suite boasts an updated kitchen with a fridge, stove, and la creme le da creme – a dishwasher. Laundry is available in the building, and small pets are allowed.

If you’re looking for a quieter rental with hardwood floors, this one’s your pick. Located in Marpole next to transit to pretty much anywhere in the city, this rental boasts underground parking, high-speed internet, a patio, and in-building laundry (coin-operated).
